Gov. Kathleen Sebelius' term cannot end fast enough. She is ruining the state with her veto pen and her scandalous behavior on abortion.

Just because you are a conservative who wants our state polluted with coal smoke, and disagree with the law of the land concerning bodily privacy does not mean she is a bad governor. It probably means you love what Shrub has done to our country.

Think about how many people there would be in China if they got to have as many kids as they wanted.

Think about how many fewer people would be on welfare here if there was a law for mandatory birth control/abortions for women on welfare.

It seems only appropriate that the residents of the city of Wichita should be able to vote for the next city manager.

As I sit here in my little redneck town watching Wichita argue about a city manager, I wonder why there is even a city manager, because the spot keeps being vacated. Save yourself some money, don't get a new one.

Someone said that white people don't have to deal with discrimination and racism. Try being white and getting a job. It's called reverse discrimination. I couldn't get a job for seven months because I wasn't black.

With an attitude like that, the only thing you will be promoting is the night shft at Burger King.

That's not true. Most of the cyclists I see are considerate and follow the rules of the road. Motorcycles are entitled to a full lane just as cars are, yet I witness people trying to pass them in their lane. Most people in this town have no clue what turn signals are for, what "yield" or "stop" means, or that when the speed posted says 65, it doesn't also say "but do 25 under the speed limit anyway in the passing lane". If cyclists are getting hit, it's more than likely they're the victim of a typically oblivious, and selfish, Wichita driver.

How would your mama like it if someone called you a dumbass idiot in French or German? Maybe their mamas should have taught them to follow the rules. When I was in school, you couldn't wear shorts or baseball hats to school, so no one did it. We didn't have parents suing the school because little Susie couldn't wear her shorts to school.
